Yearbook staffs have put in blood, sweat and tears to finish their yearbooks this year, and those books are starting to arrive! However, the important ritual of yearbook signing is still up in the air.
We know you don’t want to miss this important tradition, so until students can get together to actually sign each other’s yearbooks, we found another option: virtual yearbook signing!
How It Works
We know nothing will replace the experience of exchanging yearbook signatures in person (or the smell of sharpies in the school cafeteria), but Kudoboard is a great virtual replacement when that’s not an option. We’ve explained how it works in detail on our virtual signing page.
It’s simple to use – just create your board and invite your friends to add leave comments, images and videos on it. Then you’ll be able to review your board any time. You can even download and print your boards!
The basic level is free, but more elaborate options are available for your students at a discounted cost through Walsworth. If they use the promo code WALSWORTH2020 on kudoboard.com/walsworth, they’ll save money. Kudoboards can also be purchased in groups – for example, if someone wanted to purchase boards for the entire senior class.
Spread the Word
Let your school know about this option! The more people who use it at your school, the better the experience will be. We’ve created an instructional flier you can download and share to help students understand. You can promote this option on social media, through email, or when you distribute the book.
